University College Cork，Ireland
University College Cork (UCC) is one of Ireland’s most prestigious universities, established in 1845. It boasts a vibrant, modern campus with a student experience second to none in Ireland. UCC takes pride in the fact that its research income is consistently one of the highest in the country and its research findings have appeared many times on the pages of leading international media including the Economist.
There are c.26,000 full-time students: c.17,000 of these follow undergraduate programmes, while c.8,000 are engaged in postgraduate study and research. UCC’s diverse student-body includes 4,000 international students representing 100-plus countries worldwide.

UCC Beijing Representative Office
Established in 2005, the UCC Beijing Representative Office is the official representative of UCC in China. Over the past 20 years, the UCC Beijing Representative Office has provided educational assistance and services to Chinese students at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. Since its establishment, UCC Beijing Representative Office has helped thousands of students to pursue higher education in UCC, Ireland.
The UCC Beijing Representative Office’s missions is threefold, recruitment and promotion of UCC in China, program management, and student service. One of the office’s highlight is that we have facilitated UCC establishing and managing joint programs with more than 30 partner universities in China, including diverse joint programmes, student exchange programmes, teacher training etc.
UCC北京代表处成立于2005年，是UCC在中国的官方代表办公室，在过去的20年里，UCC北京代表处为中国本科生和研究生提供了教育援助和服务。自成立以来，UCC北京代表处已帮助数千名学生到爱尔兰国立科克大学接受高等教育。
UCC北京代表处的职能主要分为三个部分：UCC在中国的招生和推广、项目管理以及学生服务。其中一个亮点就是UCC北京办公室帮助UCC与中国30多所大学建立和管理联合项目，包括各种校际项目、学生交换项目、教师培训等。
position: Marketing Specialist
The key responsibilities:

Write content for advertisements, promotional materials, social media, etc. ;
-
Manage social media platforms such as WeChat Official account, group chat, Weibo and so on;

Market research, including online and offline marketing industry report, potential marketing opportunities in the international education industry;

Support the project team to organize online promotional campaigns as well as offline activities;
-
Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to design/print market materials, including brochures, posters, etc. to support project teams.

Support other duties assigned by line manager and the office director.

Qualifications and Requirement:

Bachelor degree or above.

Excellent official business email writing ability in both Chinese and English.Candidate who has good command of English will be given priority.

One year of work or internship experience will be given priority.Experience in WeChat and Rednote management from content development to design layout; Proven success of using graphic design software will be a plus.

Ability on teamwork collaboration.

Strong subjective initiative and execution ability.
-
Strong sense of responsibility, patience, sustainable learning ability and attention to details.

Ability to work under pressure.
工作职责：
负责撰写新媒体文案、制作宣传素材以及创作新媒体内容等；
管理微信公众号、社群、微博、小红书等社交媒体平台；
开展市场调研，包括线上线下教育行业营销报告研究，挖掘国际教育领域潜在市场机会；
协助项目团队开展线上推广活动及线下市场活动；
对接内外部相关方完成宣传物料（手册/海报等）的设计/印刷工作，为项目组提供支持；
完成直属领导和办公室主任交办的其他工作。
注：该岗位职责不限于上述内容，候选人需承担岗位描述之外的相关工作。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历；
2.具备优秀的中英文商务邮件写作能力，英语能力优秀者优先考虑，
3.具有1年以上工作/实习经验者优先；具备微信公众号/小红书等平台从内容开发到排版设计的全流程运营经验，熟练使用平面设计软件者优先；
4.具备团队协作能力；
5.主观能动性强，执行力突出；
6.责任心强，有耐心，具备持续学习能力和注重细节；
7.抗压性强。
