RESPONSIBILITES
Each event is different but responsibilties can include:
- Assisting with crowd management and ensuring the safety of event attendees.
- Providing information and assistance to guests, including directing them to facilities and amenities.
- Ticketing checking, information management, wrist banding
- Responding promptly and effectively to any customer service queries that may arise.
- Collaborating with event organizers, security personnel, and other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of each event.
REQUIREMENTS
- Competence in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event management is preferred but not required.
18 years or older

- 能接受不规律工作时间（包括晚上和周末）；
- 有客户服务、酒店接待或活动管理经验者优先，但非必须；
- 年满 18 岁。
